Introduction to myself and my blog

Hi guys, so this is my first ever blog and I want to introduce myself and what my blog is going to be about. So I am 19 years old and I have just finished my first year of University for Veterinary Nursing. That was probably the best year of my life so far and I enjoyed it so much and met some amazing people. Obviously I love animals and enjoy studying them, and as Vet Nurse I have the ability to help animals.  I am quite a shy quiet person but having started uni I definitely feel more confident in myself. I am currently obsessed with the TV shows game of thrones and Orange is the new black and have just binge watched them both over summer, I regret nothing.

I’ve never been one to “shout” my opinion out to others so I thought I’d start a blog to express my opinion and share ideas. My blog isn’t going to be on a specific topic, I just want to write about anything in life. So it could be about a book that I’m loving to some advice about University or a beauty product to some creative st…

Bristol Zoo Photo Diary

One of my favourite things I love to do is go an day trips, whether it's to a city, a castle or a zoo. Where ever I go I do like to take a lot of pictures and now that I have a DSLR camera I can take much better pictures. This post is different to the ones I have done before but I really want to capture the things I get up to in these photo diaries.

Mini New Look Haul

Popped into town this morning and of course had to pay a visit to New Look despite not actually needing anything, as per usual, and I picked up a few things.

Seeing Ed Sheeran in Manchester!

Well this was a long time ago, like April last year long time ago. But it was an absolutely amazing experience and I have been meaning to write about it since. And I am only getting round to it now, which is a shame.

Now I have been a fan of Ed Sheeran for a couples of years now and as soon as I heard his Divide album I was blown away by his music. He is literally perfection, my favourite artist my miles.
So back in April I has a 3 hour train journey (oh the joys) up to Manchester to meet my best friend. We checked into our hotel, after finally finding it after searching all around the city for it, and then got ready to head out to the Manchester Arena.
The arena itself was humongous and I was very much overwhelmed by the size of it as I walked out into the seating area. I had never been in an arena before but my friend had so she was very used to the vast size of these places. Ed's singing and guitar playing was amazing throughout the whole show and I did not want it to stop at t…

Loving the gingerbread scent

I know gingerbread is a festive scent and it is not quite Christmas yet but I am currently loving the gingerbread scent. It just reminds me of baking gingerbread but without having to go through the effort of actually making them, which is great.

Gingerbread is very much associated as festive scent around Christmas. But I really don't think it's restricted to only being used at Christmas- I use it all year round and I'm not ashamed.

The Zoella hand cream is perfect just to chuck in your bag when you're going out in this kind of weather. it keeps your hand hydrated and makes them smell amazing, so it's a win-win. Not gonna lie, I do often find myself just smelling the cream... and my hands after I've put it on.

Now, my favourite candle of last year was the Gingerbread House Tuscany candle which I managed to get half price from Clintons just after Christmas. It has up to 50 hours of burning time and I still have it nearly a year later. So pleased with this purchase…

19 things I've achieved in 19 years

So it's very my 20th birthday and I was thinking back on all the things I've achieved or just done so far in my life and I wanted to share them. Hopefully it'll make you appreciate the things you have achieved in your life so far too even if they are little things.

Puzzlewood adventures

So a few weeks ago I decided to go for a day out with my sister and her friend. Despite the weather being pretty awful we did have a lovely day and embraced the rain the best we could. For those who have never heard of Puzzlewood before it is an ancient woodland site and tourist attraction near Coleford in the Forest of Dean.
